Taxes, Insurance, and Mortgage Payments If you wish, we will make the mortgage payment on your property for you. This additional service is offered free of charge.You must supply us with the necessary mortgage payment cards or coupons provided by your mortgage company. Arrange to have the cards sent to us directly or forward them as you receive them. The mortgage payment will be deducted from your account balance automatically at the first of the month. This deduction is not contingent upon the tenant's rent payment. Even if the rent is late, your mortgage payment will be made on time. If necessary, because of vacancy or rent non-payment, we will include an invoice with your monthly statement for the amount needed to restore your minimum account balance. If your property has a large, consistently negative cash-flow each month, we must make arrangements to keep an additional minimum account balance. |
